We are committed to making our website [https://demo.pricenow.ch/] accessible. Although there is currently no legal obligation for accessibility, we are guided by international standards, in particular EU Directive 2019/882 and WCAG 2.2 in conformity level AA.

Our aim is to offer all users a digital experience that is as accessible as possible.

Further information on our offers, online booking and contract conclusion can be found in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

Status of compliance with the requirements

This declaration is based on a self-assessment in accordance with WCAG 2.2.

We are continuously working to improve the user-friendliness and accessibility of our website. Should you nevertheless encounter barriers that restrict your use, we would be pleased to hear from you. Please describe the problem as precisely as possible and provide the relevant URL. We will check your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Non-accessible content

Despite intensive efforts, there may be barriers in the following areas:

• Alternative texts for images and videos: Due to ongoing content maintenance, new media content (especially images and videos) may not immediately have accessible alternative texts or subtitles.
• PDFs and other documents: Not all downloadable documents (e.g. PDFs) fully comply with the requirements for accessible content. If you come across such a document, please contact us - we will provide you with the information in a suitable form.
• Older content: Some content and documents were published before June 28, 2025 and therefore do not fall under the obligations of the Accessibility Act. Subsequent adaptation is currently not planned.
• Third-party content: Complete accessibility cannot be guaranteed for embedded content (e.g. videos, widgets or booking systems) from third-party providers that are outside our sphere of influence. This content is exempt from the obligation by law.

We are endeavoring to identify and remove existing barriers step by step.
